Performs, within its competence, the following: monitoring compliance with legislation on regulations in the field of architecture and urban planning, verification of applications received on land issues, including the legality of schemes in accordance with the land plan, implementation and implementation of state architectural and urban planning policy in the district, organization of preparation of the district planning project, the general plan of rural settlements points of the project for housing, civil and communal buildings, suburban area projects, as well as projects of private buildings and structures, participation in the selection of land plots for construction and other urban development, organization of acceptance into operation of a number of residential, civil, cultural, communal, and industrial facilities in the district.
