The state institution "Aktau city Department of housing and communal services" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that coordinates the housing and communal services provided for by law. State utility enterprise "Aktau electric network management" on the right of economic management of the akimat of Aktau city;limited liability Partnership "Kala Zholdary".Carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations.
