If you purchase these means of individual rehabilitation program through local Executive bodies, then from January 1, 2020, the Ministry of labor and social protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan will gradually provide 24 types of social services and technical means of rehabilitation for persons with disabilities through the information system "social services Portal".
The Ministry of labour and social protection of population of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the Rules of formation of the unified register of organizations providing special social services, and roster of experts providing special social services (precasts RK from. 28.08.2018, No. 377) the automated information system "social services Portal" has been developed in order to modernize the social service system and improve the quality and availability of services and provide assistance to persons (families) who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
It is planned that the automated information system "Portal" will become the only source of reliable and up-to-date information on the Internet for participants of the system of social services, social services and assistance.
Commissioning of the automated information system "Portal":
reducing the time frame for providing social services;
implementation of the right to choose the type of services and suppliers;
the identification of suppliers, reduction of corruption risks due to the exclusion from public procurement procedures;
improving the quality of social services by creating a fair competitive environment for suppliers;
provides development of small and medium-sized businesses (health resort organizations, social service centers, suppliers of technical auxiliary (compensating) means).
In addition, The portal automated information system will unite recipients and providers of social services (organizations and specialists providing special social services and implementing technical rehabilitation tools) in a single information platform and ensure equal access to quality services.
In this regard, for persons with disabilities, it is mandatory to obtain an electronic digital signature (EDS).
