The following activities are carried out on culture: coordination of the activities of state cultural organizations of the district in the fields of theater, music and cinema, library and Museum work, cultural and leisure activities, organization of work on the registration, protection and use of historical monuments, material and spiritual culture of local significance, holding spectacular cultural events, as well as reviews, festivals and competitions among Amateur creative associations, certification of state cultural organizations of the district, within the limits of its competence, the management of communal property in the field of culture, the implementation of other functions in the interests of local government.
