The following works are carried out on land relations: preparation of proposals and draft resolutions of the akimat on the provision of land plots for private ownership and land use, except for cases provided for by the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, registration of ownerless land plots, making proposals on the withdrawal, including by purchase, of land plots for state needs, except for cases provided for by the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, the definition of divisibility and indivisibility of land plots, approval of the estimated cost of the concrete land plots sold in a private property or granted in land use, government, organization of land and approval of land management projects on forming of land plots, preparation of proposals for the development of regional programs on rational land use, improvement of soil fertility, protection of land resources in combination with other conservation activities and enforcement, preparation of proposals for the development of plans for land and economic system of the territory of settlements of the district, preparation of proposals on transfer of agricultural land from one type to another, make suggestions about organization and tendering (competition, auctions) for the sale of land or rights in land plots in state ownership and not provided in the land use, examination of district programs, schemes and projects concerning the use and protection of lands, the balance of the land area, keeping records of land owners and land users, as well as other subjects of land relations, organization of land cadastre in the district, issuing passports of agricultural land, drafting lease and sale agreements for land, preparing proposals for issuing permits for the use of land for survey work, development of building rules and other documents regulating construction, reconstruction, restoration, capital repairs, landscaping, control over the progress of construction and repair of industrial and civil facilities and other facilities, control over the work of construction facilities, implementation of other functions assigned by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
