The following activities are carried out on social protection and employment: implementation of the employment policy, identification of target groups and social measures for their protection, support for the creation of additional jobs through the development of individual entrepreneurship, small and medium-sized businesses, provision of social protection to the unemployed, organization of public works, creation of special jobs for the employment of disabled people, organization of social jobs, organization of youth practice, development of draft resolutions of the district akimat in the areas of employment and social programs, formation of the need for labor resources, organization of employment and assistance in employment, provision of public services in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, implementation of other measures that promote employment, organization of social and charitable assistance to disabled people, implementation of state policy in the field of providing special social services, interaction with individuals and legal entities and state bodies on the provision of special social services, state registration of birth, including changes, additions and corrections to civil status records, formation of individual identification numbers when issuing birth certificates, state registration of marriage (matrimony), including changes, additions and corrections to civil status records, issuance of repeated certificates or certificates of state registration of civil status, state registration of paternity,  including making amends, additions and corrections in entries of the civil status acts, state registration of change of name, patronymic, last name, including making amends, additions and corrections in records of acts of civil status, the restoration of the records of civil status acts, state registration of death including changes additions and corrections to records of acts of civil status, state registration of adoption (adoption), including amendments, amendments and corrections to civil status records, state registration of divorce (matrimony), including making changes, additions and corrections to civil status records, exercising in the interests of local government other powers assigned to local Executive bodies by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
