In the field of construction, the following works are carried out: ensuring state and public interests in the field of construction, informing the population about the planned development of the territory, acting as a customer for the construction, reconstruction and repair of district communal property and social facilities, preparing the necessary documents for the design and (or) construction of objects, holding public procurement competitions for them, organizing works on the construction of water pipes, treatment facilities, thermal and electric networks and other objects of transport and engineering infrastructure, housing and communal housing area, and construction projects due to state budget implementation in the interests of local government functions assigned to government institutions with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
