In the sphere of housing and communal services the following activities are undertaken: conduct of the state policy in the housing and road transport industry, preparation of proposals to local Executive bodies for the expansion, modernization, upgrading, reconstruction, restoration and overhaul of the structure of engineering-transport communication, participation in the work of acceptance and working Commission for acceptance of constructed objects into operation, participation in the preparation of proposals on development of state standards for housing and utilities and roads, participation in state regulation in the distribution of public funds allocated to housing and communal services and roads, determine priority areas of socio-economic efficiency of housing and communal services and road management solutions, improve the technical and economic level and structural stability of buildings, structures and complexes by implementing scientific and technical achievements, best domestic and international experience.
