For public services the following activities are undertaken: development of proposals for amendments and (or) additions to the register of state services rendered to physical and legal persons of the public services within the competence of the state (local) Executive body, ensuring the automation of public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on coordination with the authorized body in the sphere of Informatization, ensuring optimization of the process of providing public services in coordination with the authorized body in the field of Informatization, conducting internal control over the quality of public services that fall within the competence of the state (local) Executive body, ensuring interaction with non-governmental organizations during public monitoring, conducting analytical work on the execution of orders for public services in the offices of village mayors, rural districts and district departments, organizing meetings, the Department of monitoring of public services provides materials and documents on supervised issues for the consideration of the mayor's office and the district akim and the report of the district akim, responsibility for the implementation of the assigned task and compliance with the rules of work.
