As part of the instructions of the Head of State to improve financial literacy of the population and the "Law and Order" narrative, the Financial Monitoring Agency launched a large-scale campaign on financial security in all regions of the country.
Since April 7 of this year, the Agency's staff, together with the teaching staff, have been holding lectures in higher education institutions and colleges in the country aimed at improving the level of financial security among young people.
It should be noted that university teachers have previously received appropriate training within the walls of the Agency.
Akims of regions, cities and other famous personalities actively participated in the event.
To date, lectures have been held in over 200 educational institutions, which have gathered 100,000 listeners.
Students were taught how not to get into a financial pyramid scheme, what droppery is, how to get involved in it, and what responsibility may come for it.
I would like to remind you that registration for the National Olympiad on Financial Security is held from March 20 to April 18.
The Olympiad is open to students of the 2nd-3rd year and undergraduates of the 1st year of the scientific and pedagogical direction, studying in the educational programs "Jurisprudence", "Economics", "International Relations", "Information Security".
The Olympiad aims to improve the financial and legal literacy of young people, show modern trends in financial security, and teach them how to deal with risks and threats in the financial sector.
The winners will represent the country at the International Olympiad on Financial Security, which will be held in September this year in Krasnoyarsk, Russian Federation.
