In Turkestan, a large-scale forum aimed at enhancing legal and financial literacy was held, organized by the "AML ACADEMY" of the Financial Monitoring Agency, with the support of the Akimat of the Turkestan region.
The event reached over 500,000 people, including cultural figures, athletes, scientists, religious leaders, business representatives, members of public organizations, as well as schoolchildren and students.
The Forum was held simultaneously across five key locations: the city's Administrative and Business Center, the Central Stadium named after O. Zharylkapov, the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after H.A. Yasavi, IUTH - the International University of Tourism and Hospitality, and the multi-functional Congress Hall complex.
The event featured a variety of activities, including panel sessions, lively discussions, intellectual quizzes, and engaging competitions for students and schoolchildren.
One of the highlights of the forum was a flash mob performed by students during the "big break," aimed at fostering a culture of lawfulness and respect for the law among the younger generation.
In parallel, professional psychologists conducted workshops and lectures focused on personal development and building resilience against gambling addiction, while creative teams from local theaters presented a play on the theme of combating gambling addiction.
The forum facilitated knowledge exchange, strengthened teamwork, and increased youth involvement in issues related to economic and financial security.
Such initiatives are part of a broader effort to improve financial literacy, promote legal culture among young people, prevent financial pyramids, raise awareness of the dangers of gambling, combat the spread of narcotics and doping, and encourage adherence to cyber hygiene.
