Department of justice of Karaganda region held a meeting with the legal community

26.02.2009 In the Department of justice of Karaganda region in the framework of the Law “on advocacy and legal assistance" held a meeting with lawyers of the region.
At the meeting Deputy head of the Department by Sebelum N. About. clarified the issues of accession to the EC, "E-legal aid" lawyers of the region. By Sebelum N. About. it is noted that the said system is integrated with information systems of the Supreme court ("Torelik", the Judicial office), the Prosecutor General's office (SIO PSO), Ministries of justice (GBD "Individuals", GBD "Legal entities", GBD "real estate Register", "unified notary information system "E-notary"), internal Affairs, information and communication ("E-licensing"), JSC "Unified pension Fund", JSC "Unified securities Registrar", the State center for payment of pensions and benefits, Infotech & Service LLP (Paragraph) and second-tier banks.Is "E-legal assistance" will optimize the activities of lawyers, quickly obtain the necessary information to provide qualified legal assistance, reduce paper documents, time and material costs associated with obtaining information from information systems of state agencies.

Following the meeting, some lawyers of the region expressed a desire to join the EU  «E-legal aid».
