The Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO)

The Eurasian Patent Organization (EAPO) is an international organization established to perform administrative tasks related to the functioning of the Eurasian patent system and the granting of Eurasian patents.

The organization's members are 8 states that have ratified the Eurasian Patent Convention: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

The organs of the organization are the Administrative Council and the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO).

The EAPO headquarters are located in Moscow, Russian Federation.
