The main tasks and functions of the registration service are:

-          implementation of the registration of legal entities that are non-profit organizations, their branches and representative offices;

-          formation and implementation of the policy in the field of the registration, organization and providing of legal assistance, legal advocacy, rights to realty, as well as the registration and maintenance of the register of property, pledge technical inspection of realty;

-          implementation of state regulation in the field of the registration of rights to realty, registration of a property, pledge, technical inspection of realty and maintenance of the register of property pledge;

-          consideration appeals of individuals and legal entities within their competence and the time limits established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

-          monitoring the registration of civil status acts and ensuring the functioning of relevant databases;

-          implementation of control in the field of the registration of rights to realty, registration of legal entities that are commercial organizations, and registration of their branches and representative offices in accordance with the Entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

-          organization of work and regulation of the activities of the Commission on Accreditation of Associations of Private Entrepreneurs under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

-          management of the activities of notary offices, assistance to the development of a private notary, control over the legality of notarial actions performed and compliance with the rules of record keeping by public and private notaries;

-          organization of work and regulation of the activities of the Commission on Accreditation of Associations of Private Entrepreneurs under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

-          monitoring the quality of legal assistance is provided to individuals and legal entities by lawyers, notaries, legal consultants;

-          monitoring the quality of legal assistance guaranteed and is provided by state;

-          implementation of management, coordination and control over the activities of territorial bodies of justice for the organization and enforcement of the rule of law in the field of legal services to the population by notaries;

-          monitoring of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on advocacy and legal assistance, completeness of the scope and quality of legal assistance;
