Destruction of counterfeit products "APPLE", "iPhone" and "Lightning"

The Department for Intellectual Property Rights of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region carried out an inspection at the request of the copyright holder of “APPLE”, “iPhone” and “Lightning” in the territory of Petropavlovsk. As a result of the inspection, the fact of sale of counterfeit products “APPLE”, “iPhone” and “Lightning” was established. According to Article 158 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan. By decision of the court, administrative fines were imposed on the offenders with the confiscation of 94 counterfeit products totaling 199,000 tenge.  Employees of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region carried out an event to destroy these counterfeit products “APPLE”, “iPhone” and “Lightning”.
