The procedure of apostille of official documents originating from the judicial authorities and other state bodies, as well as notaries of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The procedure for affixing an apostille on official documents made on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is regulated by a Joint Order of the Ministers of Defense, Education and Science, Internal Affairs, Finance, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Head of the Department for Ensuring the Activities of Courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (the Office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Acting Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan and I.Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Uniform Rules for affixing an apostille".
The state service is provided by the territorial bodies of the Ministry of Justice on the principle of extraterritoriality (by the departments of justice of the regions, the cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent).
The term for the provision of public services in paper form is 2 working days. On the portal – 1 working day. The day of reception is not included in the term of rendering the state service.
