According to Article 4 of the Law "On State Registration of Rights to Real Estate," if you have entered into a purchase and sale agreement for the acquisition of real estate or inherited one, or in other cases where rights to real estate arise, you must register them.
To conclude a transaction and register real estate rights, the buyer can contact the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" or a notary.
The automated "State Registration of Rights (Encumbrances) to Real Estate" service on the e-government portal allows you to register your rights online immediately with a notary when completing a transaction.
One of the e-government projects is the "E-Notary" information system, developed specifically for notaries: it allows you to verify the details of the property being purchased and the rights and encumbrances registered on it, thereby protecting both you and the property buyer.
After the transaction is completed, you can register your rights to the acquired/received property with a notary using the state registration of real estate rights service.
The notary will handle all necessary procedures; you only need to pay for the service after the notary delivers a notice of acceptance of your application, indicating the payment amount and a unique number.
You can pay for state registration of rights in two ways: at your nearest bank or online through the e-government portal. To do this, you will need to register on the portal and have a bank card that supports online payment (VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, etc.).
