The debtor is excluded from the Unified Register of Debtors after the termination of enforcement proceedings on the grounds provided for in Article 47 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs" and in the absence of debt under enforcement proceedings on periodic collections, as well as after the completion of enforcement proceedings on the grounds provided for in Article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs", when he fulfills the requirements of the enforcement document.
Upon receipt of information on the execution of the requirements of the enforcement document for completed enforcement proceedings on the grounds provided for in Article 48 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Enforcement Proceedings and the Status of Bailiffs", the bailiff within three working days sends the relevant information to the authorized body to exclude the debtor from the Unified Register of Debtors.
