A person applying for the legal profession, who has successfully completed an internship with a lawyer, sends an application in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature to the Departments of Justice of the regions via the E-license IS.
Certification is carried out in technically equipped rooms of the testing operator in two stages.
Stage 1. Comprehensive computer testing for knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Stage 2. Computer testing to check the proper level of practical skills (3 situational tasks with 12 questions).
2 hours are allocated for testing, of which 90 minutes are for computer testing, and 30 minutes are allocated for checking the proper level of practical skills.
The service recipient is considered to have passed the certification if he/she passes both stages of certification positively.
Candidates who received certification results below the established values are allowed to re-certify no earlier than thirty calendar days from the date of testing.
