According to the Law "On Amendments and Additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses", territorial justice bodies are vested with the competence, in accordance with Article 695 of the Code "On Administrative Offenses", to consider cases of administrative offenses provided for in Article 491 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for concealing circumstances that prevent marriage or providing false information to civil registry offices. Violation of the provisions of the above article provides for a fine in the amount of five monthly calculation indices.
