In accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, everyone has the right to receive qualified legal assistance in the course of civil, administrative and criminal proceedings in accordance with the established provisions. And on these grounds, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are provided with state-guaranteed legal assistance
▫️State-guaranteed legal assistance is legal assistance provided to individuals and legal entities entitled to receive it on the basis and in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, free of charge.
▫️Comprehensive social legal assistance - provision, in accordance with an agreement, of free legal assistance to a certain circle of persons, consisting in legal support of the client from the moment he applies for legal assistance until the adoption of a final legal decision on the case (resolution of the legal situation) in the manner prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region reports that lawyers and legal consultants of the region provide free legal advice on a permanent basis to the following categories of citizens.
- pensioners by age,
- persons
with disabilities of the first and second groups,
- veterans of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them,
- veterans of military operations in the territory of other states,
- large families,
- low-income persons,
- parents, on issues of alimony collection.
