An apostille is a special stamp certifying the authenticity of the signature of the person who signed the document and confirming his/her authority, as well as the authenticity of the seal or stamp with which this document is secured in paper or electronic form.
An apostille has the form of a stamp - a square cliche in the form, according to the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2001 No. 545 "On measures to implement the provisions of the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization of Foreign Public Documents (The Hague, October 5, 1961)".
Outside the form of the apostille stamp, the following text is indicated below: "This apostille certifies only the authenticity of the signature, position/title of the signatory and the authenticity of the seal or stamp affixed to the document and does not certify the content of the document on which it is affixed."
The columns in the stamp are filled in only in the state language.
