The E-Apostille service software product (hereinafter referred to as the E-Apostille service software product) accepts applications for obtaining an electronic apostille, processes electronic applications and generates an electronic apostille, which enables applicants outside the Republic of Kazakhstan to apply online.
To receive a government service, it is necessary to have an electronic digital signature (hereinafter referred to as the EDS).
Citizens submit an electronic application signed with an EDS and the result of the provision of an electronic government service through the e-government web portal (hereinafter referred to as the EGP).
Next, the electronic application with attached scanned documents (in a PDF file) is recorded in the E-Apostille service software product. Reception, processing, verification of incoming documents and issuance of finished documents is carried out online by an employee of the authorized body.
An official of the authorized body, through the E-Apostille information system, generates an electronic apostille on an electronic document subject to apostilling and sends the result of the provision of the state service signed by the authorized person's digital signature to the applicant's "personal account" on the PEP.
The result of the electronic apostille is generated in electronic format, as a PDF file containing the apostille together with a scanned copy of the official document, signed by the digital signature of an official of the authorized state body or a person replacing him.
The electronic apostille is issued through the PEP by downloading the apostille using the security code (security code and application code) transmitted by the authorized state body when submitting the application.
A link to the address of the electronic page https://egov.kz/cms/ru/services/apostil/apostil of the state body is indicated under the stamp of the electronic apostille.
The authorized body of the foreign state at the specified e-mail address verifies the official document with the electronic apostille stamp by entering two security codes (security code and application code).
This automated apostille procedure enables citizens to receive the state service entirely online.
