The North Kazakhstan region, which consists of 13 districts and 181 rural districts, is successfully implementing the "Law Cabinet" project. This is a unique initiative aimed at increasing the availability of legal information and helping citizens.
In each rural district, a legal office has been created, located in the akimat building. It provides access to the "Adilet" and "E-Otiniş" information systems, and provides materials to explain the legislation. Citizens can get advice on issues of interest to them.
For the convenience of residents, separate websites and mobile versions have been developed. Thanks to the introduction of QR codes, everyone can quickly access government databases, legal information and electronic services.
The project is focused on the needs of rural residents, giving them the opportunity to resolve legal issues without leaving their district. Thus, even in the most remote areas of the region, every citizen can effectively interact with government agencies.
The initiative is aimed at increasing the level of legal literacy of the population and strengthening trust in the state system. The availability of legal information and the ease of obtaining it have become the key advantages of the project.
The legal offices operating in 13 districts and 181 rural districts of the North Kazakhstan region have already proven themselves to be an effective tool for interaction between the state and citizens. This experience can serve as an example for the implementation of similar initiatives in other regions of the country.
