It should be noted that if your marriage was registered in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) there are minor children, you can use marriage certificates, birth certificates of children in electronic form.
If you find incorrect information about acts of civil status registered in relation to yourself or minor children, or documents are missing in this tab, you can apply for correction of information through the portal of "electronic government".
To do this, first of all, it is necessary to have an EDS (electronic digital signature) and be registered on the portal of "electronic government".
On the main page of the portal, in the services section, click on the link "Service for checking the registration records of individuals":
in the window that opens, select the "Type of act record" from the drop-down list.
2.When selecting "Birth Certificate", the system displays the selection of the applicant's category: "Parent" or "Child".
if you select the applicant's category "Parent", a search option will appear "By IIN" or "By full name and date of birth" of the child.
after filling in the IIN or full name and date of birth of the child, select the "Search" action if an act record is not found, then "Digitize the information".
if there is an act record in the registry office according to the specified parameters, it is necessary to fill in all the data (region/city, department of the RAGS in which the act record will be corrected, the number of the act record, the date of registration of the act record, the data of the child (IIN, full name, citizenship, nationality, date of birth, gender), the place of birth of the child (Country, region/city, district, locality/city), father's data (IIN, full name, date of birth, nationality, citizenship), mother's data (IIN, full name, date of birth, nationality, citizenship), attach a copy of the birth certificate by clicking on the "Upload new file" button and sign the EDS request.
in the absence of an act record in the registry office, you must click the "Digitize information" button. The data to be filled in is the same as indicated in paragraph 5.
When updating other types of assembly records, this scheme is applied by analogy.
