- when nominating candidates for deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected in single-seat territorial constituencies, by self-nomination
1) a statement of intent to run as a candidate for deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament in this single-mandate territorial constituency;
2) biographical information about the candidate;
- During registration
3) a certificate of the state revenue authority on the submission by the candidate and his (her) spouse (husband) of declarations of assets and liabilities as of January 1, 2023;
4) a document confirming that the candidate has made an election contribution (1,050,000 tenge, 15 minimum wages = 70,000 * 15).
Documents are submitted to the relevant district election commission
