Bakirlanov Kuanysh Gabbasovich, born in 1956, pensioner, public fund "Azamattyk kogamdy zhetildiru", lives in Semey, in the order of self-nomination;
Bekov Galym Artykbayevich, born in 1973, individual entrepreneur, lives in Semey, in the order of self-nomination.
