She began her professional career in 2007.

• 2022–2023:
  Worked in private organizations, engaged in the development, analysis, and implementation of investment projects;
• 2023–2024:
  Social-Entrepreneurial Corporation JSC “SPK Semey,” Lead Manager of the Project Office of the Akim of Semey city;
• Since May 2024:
  Serving as the Head of the Project Office of the Akimat of Abai Region.

Additionally, since January 2025, she has been an adjunct (part-time) trainer at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
