In 2023, medium repairs began on the section of the road "Urzhar-Barkytbel-Karabuirat" from km 19 to km 34 (15 km). A total of 101 million tenge was allocated for the completion of this section, and the work has also been completed.
For the medium repair of the road from km 0 to km 6 leading to the village of Karakol, 304.9 million tenge was allocated, and the work has been completed.
