Skakov Yerkin Sailaubekovich was born on the 10^th  November, 1972 in the village of Akshatau in the Ayaguz district of Semipalatinsk region.

In 1997, He graduated from Semey State University with a degree in history.

Married. She has three children.

Карьера

He began his career in August 1989 as a worker at the Urdzhar state farm in the Taskesken  district of Semipalatinsk region.

Since November 1989,he was trained as a car driver in the city of Ayagoz, Ayaguz district, Semipalatinsk region.

Since July 1990, he was accepted as a worker of the Urdzhar state farm in the Taskesken district of Semipalatinsk region.

In 1991-1993, he served in the Soviet Army.

Since August 1993, he was accepted as a history teacher At the Pregornensky secondary school of the Urdzhar  state farm in the Taskesken district of the Semipalatinsk region.

Since December 2006, he was appointed head teacher of the municipal state institution "Altynshoky  secondary school – garden" of  Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region.

Since September 2011, he worked as a history teacher at the municipal state institution "Altynshoky secondary school – garden" in Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region

Since August 2012, head teacher for educational work of the municipal state institution "Altynshoky secondary school – garden" of Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region.

Since January 2020, he worked as acting akim of Altynshoky rural district in the village of Altynshoky of  Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region.

Since March 2020,he has been appointed akim of Altynshoky rural district in the village of Altynshoky of  Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region.
