Е Now the service for registration at an outpatient clinic is available not only for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but also for kandas and non-residents of the country. When registering with a medical organization, users can now select a doctor and view information about a medical organization.
The service of registration at a medical organization providing primary health care remains one of the most popular on the eGov.kz. In just 6 months in 2024, more than 1.2 million applications to register in an outpatient clinic have been submitted through the portal.
The service can be used not only when you change your place of residence, but also if you wish to change your medical organisation, but only once a year (between September 15 and November 15).
The service is implemented in three stages:
- log in to the eGov.kz portal and go to the "Healthcare" section;
- from the list of services, select «Registration at an outpatient clinic» and fill-in all the required fields;
- sign the service using a digital signature;
- familiarize yourself with a notification on the application processing status in a personal account, which will be sent within the specified time period.
The public service delivery result will be sent to your personal account within the specified time.
The new service capability was launched thanks to the joint work of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.

This nomination examines the activities of applicants implementing social programs aimed at supporting their own staff, social adaptation of people with disabilities and improving the well-being of society as a whole.
Acceptance of documents is carried out in the State Institution «Department of Coordination of employment and social programs of the Abai region».
This nomination considers collective agreements that significantly improve and strengthen the labor and social rights of employees provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Acceptance of documents is carried out in the State Institution «Control Department (GASK, Labor Inspection)» in the Abai region.
This nomination examines the activities of applicants who have significantly distinguished themselves in the implementation of environmental (environmental) programs, activities and projects aimed at improving the state of the environment, recycling and waste disposal.
Acceptance of documents is carried out in the Department of Ecology in the Abai region.
This nomination examines the activities of applicants who create working conditions that allow them to preserve the health of employees in the course of their work.
Acceptance of documents is carried out in the State Institution «Control Department (GASK, Labor Inspection)» in the Abai region.
A special award «The Best Social Project of the Year» is established in the competition.
This special award considers social projects implemented by businesses that promote employment and (or) improve the living conditions of socially vulnerable and low-income segments of the population.
To participate in the competition, applicants submit to the organizers of the competition materials in one copy, which include:
1) a completed application according to the appendix;
2) the applicant's report, which is a self-assessment of the level of his activities and specific results on corporate social responsibility.
The applicant's report should include: the history of a legal entity or individual; organizational structure; other additional information;
3) a questionnaire filled in according to the form established by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The deadline for submission of applicants' documents for participation in the competition is June 20, 2024. Detailed information can be obtained on the website www.paryz.kz .
The Reception Center for Citizens continues to operate in the Abai region, which functions as a centralized platform for interaction between central government agencies and the population.
In accordance with the established schedule, the first heads of the region and their deputies conduct a personal reception of citizens.

On September 8, 2023, the first meeting of the regional public working group on solving issues of large and low-income families in the Abai region was held under the chairmanship of Akim of the region Urankhaev N.T.. During the meeting, the issues of preparing schools for the new academic year were discussed (providing assistance from the Universal Education Fund, providing students from large and low-income families with school uniforms, stationery, hot meals, and more).
