Akimat of Semey city holds a competition for the provision of land plots for rent for farming or farming, agricultural production

The Akimat of the city of Semey holds a competition for the provision of land plots for rent for farming or farming, agricultural production.
Individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to participate in the competition, with the exception of persons who are in the register of persons from whom land plots have been forcibly withdrawn, as well as the winners of the competition who refused to sign a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) of agricultural land within one year.
The application for participation in the tender and competitive proposals must comply with the requirements of Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003 and the "Rules for organizing and conducting a tender for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for farming or farming, agricultural production" approved by the order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Agriculture Of the Republic of Kazakhstan from
December 20, 2018, No. 518.
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out within 15 (fifteen) working days from August 4, 2022 to
August 24, 2022, at the address: Semey city, Kayum Mukhamedkhanov str., 8, State Institution "Department of Land Relations of Semey city of East Kazakhstan Region",
office 235, phone 8(7222) 52-23-33, 52-28-39.
The opening of envelopes with competitive applications and summing up of the results will take place on August 25, 2022 at 10.00. hours, at the address:
Semey city, Kayum Mukhamedkhanov str., 8 (city Akimat building).
The competition is declared invalid in the following cases:
- the receipt of less than two applications in the competition for each land plot put up for competition;
- if less than two participants are allowed to participate in the competition for each land plot put up for competition.
Conditions and requirements for the use of the land plot
1) use the land plot in accordance with the intended purpose;
2) to carry out measures for the protection of lands, their rational and efficient use, provided for by the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) ensure the mandatory introduction and preservation of the crop rotation system:
4) timely pay a fee for the use of the land plot;
5) apply advanced production technologies that meet sanitary and environmental requirements;
6) perform other duties of the land user provided for in Article 65 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated
20.06.2003 No. 442-II.
