After submitting an application for participation in the tender, the applicant submits proposals on the price and use of the land plot (tender application), sealed in a separate envelope. Proposals (tender application) are printed or written in indelible ink and are submitted by the participant in stitched form, with numbered pages and the last page is certified by: the signature of the participant – for individuals and the signature of the first head (or proxy) and the seal – for legal entities. Inserts between lines, wipes or postscript are not allowed in the proposals (tender application), except in cases when the participant needs to correct grammatical or arithmetic errors.
The participant seals the offer (tender application) in an envelope, indicates on it: the name and address; the organizer of the competition and his address, and also makes the inscription "DO NOT OPEN UNTIL ___ hours "__" __________ _____ year" (specify the exact time and date). Proposals (tender application) are submitted to the organizer on purpose or by mail before the deadline for submission of proposals (tender applications).
The competition is considered to have taken place only if the number of participants in the bidding for the object is at least two.
Conditions for the use of land plots: use in accordance with the intended purpose, use in accordance with the norms of Articles 92-94 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, timely payment of rent.
The contract of purchase and sale of the right to lease a land plot is concluded within two working days from the date of registration of the protocol.
The guarantee fee of the person who won the competition and concluded the contract of sale is credited to the account of the payments due under the contract of sale of the lease right.
The cost of the right to lease a land plot determined at the tender is paid in the form of an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the price no later than 5 (five) banking days from the date of signing the contract of sale, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the contract of sale.
