The State Institution "Apparatus of akim of Karaolensky rural district of Semey city of East Kazakhstan region" announces a competition for the vacant position of director of the municipal state-owned enterprise "House of Culture of Kainar village" of the state institution "Apparatus of akim of Karaolensky rural district of Semey city of East Kazakhstan region".

Qualification requirements for candidates: higher professional education and work experience in cultural and art institutions or cultural management bodies for at least 5 years.
Must know: The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses"; the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Copyright and Related Rights", "On Culture", "On State Property", "On Combating Corruption", "On Public Procurement".
List of required documents submitted for participation in the competition: 1) application for participation in the competition, indicating the list of attached documents; 2) a copy of the identity card; 3) a completed personal personnel registration sheet (indicating the address of actual residence and contact phone numbers); 4) copies of educational documents; 5) a copy of the document confirming employment; 6) a document on the passage of preliminary medical examination; 7) other documents concerning the professional level and personal qualities of candidates, including copies of professional development documents, certificates of professional exam results, determining the level of proficiency in a foreign language.
