Intellectual property and the need for its registration

The results of intellectual creative activity and means of individualization of participants in civil turnover, goods, works or services are intellectual property, which is divided into two types: the first is works of art, creative, scientific developments, know-how and the second type is trademarks, logo, slogan, names of places of origin of goods.
Works of science, literature and art, performances, productions, phonograms and broadcasts of broadcasting and cable broadcasting organizations, inventions, utility models, industrial designs, selection achievements, integrated circuit topologies, undisclosed information, including production secrets (know-how) are the result of intellectual creative activity. Concepts such as brand names, trademarks (service marks), appellations of origin (indications of origin) of goods refer to the means of individualization of participants in civil turnover, goods, works or services.
The main characteristic of intellectual property is that only the owner of intellectual property, and primarily the author, has exclusive rights to use it, as well as the fact that no other person can use intellectual property in any way without his permission.
State registration makes it possible to inform others about the ownership rights of specific persons to the result of intellectual activity, if necessary, to obtain the necessary information about the copyright holder, facilitates the protection of these objects.
The author of a creative or intellectual property product initially has personal non-property and property rights. This means that even if the author transfers his work to someone in the future, the non-property right will remain with him. The right of authorship is inalienable and non-transferable.
The author also has an exclusive right (property right) to an intellectual property object, which allows him to dispose of the results of activities at his own discretion: to sell, fully or partially allow to use or dispose of.
