About the consolidated financial statements for 2020

According to Article 118 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the basis of the submitted reports of 29 administrators of budget programs, the consolidated financial statements for the city of Semey for 2020 were formed.
The reporting is complited in accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in dated December 6 for 2016 No. 640 "On approval of the rules for preparation of consolidated financial statements by budget program administrators and local authorized bodies for budget execution".
In general, in 2020, 72,325,0 million tenge was received to control cash accounts, including:
-71,145. 9 million tenge for receipts to the city budget;
-4.8 million tenge from sponsorship and charitable assistance;
-110.2 million tenge from the sale of goods, works and services by state institutions;
-1,064. 1 million tenge for temporary placement money in accordance with the current legislation.
The received funds were used in the amount of 72,137. 8 million tenge. Of them to pay and payment of taxes and payments to the budget are aimed 433,5 15 million tenge (21,4%), according to calculations with suppliers and contractors for goods and services 993,5 28 million tenge (40,2%), the acquisition of non-current assets 14 510,2 million tenge (20,1%), and other areas 13 200,6 million tenge (18,3%).
According to the approved schedule, the consolidated financial statements for 2020 are submitted to the Department of Finance of the East Kazakhstan Region.
