Services of the business service center in Semey

In order to support and develop entrepreneurship, the Semey Business Service Center (PSC) provides the following types of services free of charge:

1.Consulting on types and instruments of state support:

Consultations on the tools of state Programs of support and development of entrepreneurship (for current and beginning entrepreneurs);
Consultations on the process of obtaining subsidies, guarantees and grants with a list of necessary documents;
Project support for obtaining state support;
Consultations on legal issues;
Consulting on accounting and tax accounting;
Consultations on the programs of second-tier banks;
Development and preparation of business plans.
Provision of Service support for the conduct of current business activities:
Services related to accounting and tax accounting, as well as the preparation of statistical reports;
Consulting and full support of the entire process of implementing management systems;
Provision of legal services;
Marketing services;
Services related to public procurement, procurement of national companies and subsurface users;
Management services;
Training and professional development with mandatory certification

. The provision of the following non-financial support tools is envisaged:

1) in the functional area "Information and analytical support for entrepreneurship":
explanation of state support measures for the "Business-Nasihat" component";
explanation of the conditions of doing business in the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union;
2) in the functional direction of developing the competencies of entrepreneurs:
training in the basics of entrepreneurship;
professional development of specialists, top managers of enterprises;
providing service support for doing business;
3) in the functional direction of increasing the productivity of entrepreneurs:
attracting external consultants on the introduction of new management methods, production technologies, increasing productivity and energy saving of enterprises;
4) in the functional direction of expanding business relations: it provides for thematic business internships abroad, as well as visits to enterprises of a similar profile and the establishment of business relations with foreign partners.
Assistance in the preparation of documents for participation in Programs for obtaining financial support: "Business Roadmap 2025", the Development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017-2021 "Enbek" and the regional Program for financing small and medium-sized businesses "Ak Niet", "The Economy of simple things".
