About execution of the budget of the city of Semey for 2020

The city budget for 2020 received 71,290. 9 million tenge, of which 26,002. 6 million tenge from its own revenue sources.
From higher budgets in the form of transfers and loans received 44 957.5 million tenge, including from the republican budget 14 873.9 million tenge, from the regional 23 816.2 million tenge, subvention 6 267.4 million tenge.
According to the expenditure part of the budget, 70,384. 6 million tenge or 99.7% of the plan for the reporting period was spent.
Of these, 35,684. 9 million tenge was allocated for the maintenance and development of housing and communal services, transport infrastructure and construction, 21,881. 8 million tenge for education, 4,823. 5 million tenge for social assistance and social security, 1,216.9 million tenge for culture, sports, tourism and information space.
Obligations to repay loans to the higher budget in the amount of KZT 2,335. 2 million were fulfilled in a timely manner.

Information on the use of budget funds for education, social assistance and welfare for 2020

According to the results of 2020, expenditures on the education sector (excluding the staff of the Department of Education) were allocated from the budget in the amount of 21,881. 8 million tenge.
1038.3 million tenge was used to provide preschool education and training, 988.5 million tenge was allocated as part of the implementation of the state order.
According to the costs of general education, the maintenance of 67 institutions for 17,144. 8 million tenge was provided.
190.5 million tenge was allocated for the purchase and delivery of textbooks, educational and methodological complexes for state educational institutions of the city.
The amount of monthly payments to guardians for the maintenance of orphaned children and children left without parental care amounted to 92.3 million tenge, for the maintenance of a child (children) transferred to foster carers 39.7 million tenge.
2.1 million tenge was allocated for the payment of lump-sum funds to Kazakhstani citizens who adopted an orphan child (s) and a child (s) left without parental care.
For the maintenance of out-of-school institutions of additional education, expenses amounted to 897.4 million tenge, for the organization of vocational training in 3 vocational institutions 297.6 million tenge.
66.5 million tenge was spent on providing methodological work.
19.1 million tenge was allocated for school Olympiads, extracurricular activities and competitions.
937.1 million tenge was spent on capital expenditures of subordinate state institutions and organizations, of which transfers from the republican budget amounted to 709.2 million tenge.
To fulfill state obligations under public-private partnership projects, expenditures amounted to 167.9 million tenge.

According to the results of 2020, 4,823. 5 million tenge was spent on social assistance and support (excluding the content of the staff of the Department of Employment and social programs).

16.7 million tenge was allocated for the payment of services for the enrollment, payment and delivery of benefits and other social benefits.
382.3 million tenge was allocated to provide the disabled with mandatory hygiene products and services by sign language specialists, individual assistants in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program of the disabled person.
123.7 million tenge was spent on the implementation of the Action Plan to ensure the rights and improve the quality of life of disabled people.
88.7 million tenge was spent on capital expenditures of subordinate institutions.
For the provision of housing certificates, 25.0 million tenge was allocated from the regional budget.
