In our village, material and social support measures for socially vulnerable families are regularly held. Since the beginning of the year, low-income families have received 100-200 pieces of hay for 42 families at a price of 600 tenge per Bush, in addition, the farms "Serik" and "Kuat" have provided hay to the villagers at low prices. Twice the feed was imported from Semey and sold to the population, reducing the price of the village by 200 tenge. During the year, 35 tons of coal were unloaded free of charge for 30 people. On the part of the residents of our village, charity events are being held on a large scale.
Large and small citizens and citizens born in the village of karaul are actively creating charitable foundations "El Amanaty" and "Abay Zhomart zhastary", providing material support to those in need at various levels.
I would especially like to note that in 2022, the charity fund "El amanaty", created under the leadership of citizens of the 76th and 97th years, handed over to a large, low-income family the keys to a car repair technical station equipped in accordance with modern requirements.
