Information about the work done in the second quarter of 2019 for SI “Department of construction, architecture and urban development of Kurchatov city, East Kazakhstan region”
Housing construction.
In the city the housing construction mechanism is carried out by purchasing ready-made housing from private developers in the direction of “Housing for waiting list of local executive bodies”.
An agreement with LLP “Urker-Vostok” was signed for the purchase of apartments in the amount of 416.772 million KZT in 2017, payment in the amount of 10.872 KZT was made from the city budget in 2018. We have provided a budget request for the allocation of funds in the amount of 405.899 million KZT from the regional budget. The request was not supported. In May during the meeting with the Mayor of the region, the Head of the supplier promised to reduce the amount of the contract for 1 m2 – 70 thousand KZT. According to the proposed amount, we have submitted a budget application for the allocation of funds in the amount of 322.021 million KZT, from the regional budget. To date, the application has not been supported.
Individual housing construction (IHC)
The General plan of the city for individual housing construction provides for 42 hectares of land. To date, there are 836 waiting lists for land plots. Work is underway on engineering and communication support of land plots for housing and communal services. Projects developed:
- Electricity supply of the microdistrict 1 of Kurchatov, East Kazakhstan region, with intra-block networks (for individual housing construction) – 272.666 million KZT.
- Water supply of the microdistrict 1 of Kurchatov, East Kazakhstan region, with intra-block networks (for individual housing construction) – 130.342 million KZT.
A budget request was submitted to allocate funds from the regional budget, but the request was not supported.
We have developed a project for the construction of sewer networks in the microdistrict 1 to the residential complex. The cost of the CIO was 77 million KZT. Nowadays competitive procedures are underway to submit the project for consideration by non-departmental expertise.
Budget application was also submitted for the allocation of funds for the development of POI linking a standard project for the construction of an individual residential building in the amount of 6 million KZT. The city budget Commission did not support this application.
“Development of regions up to 2020” program
Construction and installation works are conducted for the following objects:
Funding of 1.019.938 million KZT was allocated for 2018 from Republican budget, 82.0 million KZT from regional budget. The budget was entirely developed. The amount of 879.474 million KZT was allocated from the Republican budget in 2019 and 783.642 million KZT was developed dated on 01.07.2019, 56.520 million KZT was allocated from regional budget and 56.520 million KZT was developed dated on 01.07.2019. Completed: up to KOS in two lines trench 20 km, 20 km pipe is laid; to the Federal tax service-in two lines trench 23 km, pipe laid 21 km. in the city trench 7 km, pipe laid 7 km, 3 km left. intersection with the road and railway is 100% completed.
Development of agriculture.
A project has been developed for the construction of a cattle burial ground (biothermal pit). The project cost is 27.318 million KZT. A budget request has been submitted to allocate funds from the regional budget. The request was not supported.
Public service.
According to the approved standard and regulations, the Department of construction, architecture and urban development of the city provides 6 types of public services, which are provided through the PSC.
