As part of the approved action plan for the 2019-2020 heating season, 803 m of heating networks were replaced.
In the boiler houses of Kurchatov city, in preparation for 2019-2020 heating period, 4 cyclones TsN15-500-4, 4 smoke pumps, 5 blow fans and 1 boiler KST 1.5 Gcal were purchased.
Improvement, gardening and sanitary cleaning of the city’s territories were carried out in the spring and autumn period.
The current repair of 22 courtyards (laying asphalt, installing curbs, benches and urns, laying paving stones) was carried out.
Improvement works on “Zhastar” Park were carried out (installation of fences, video surveillance systems, installation of gazebos, benches, urns, three fountains, an observation deck, a small architectural form, paving stones, irrigation system, installation of lighting poles).
There are 4 children’s playgrounds on the streets: in the area of 16Olympiyskaya St., 3 Rozhanovich St., 40 Olympiyskaya St., 3 Shkol’naya St.
The current repair of the square on Olimpiyskaya Street was carried out (paving stones and curbs were laid, benches and urns were installed, flowers and hedges were planted, asphalt was laid).
The current repair of the city’s roads with an area of 6.300 square meters was carried out.
Flowers and lawns were planted in public places in the frame of landscaping program.
Work on the maintenance of public visiting places was carried out during the year. Installation of a video surveillance system in the amount of 160 pieces was completed in 2019 (12 rotary cameras and 148 stationary ones).
To date, 434 citizens are in the list of waiting lists in need of housing consists, including: 233 people are employees of budget organizations, civil servants, military personnel, 124 people are from the category of socially vulnerable segments of the population, 52 people are orphans and children left without parental care, 6 people are citizens whose only housing is recognized as emergency and 19 large families.
The implementation of the “Bakyttyotbasy” program has been started through the Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan.

Within the framework of the program 2 large and 2 single-parent families purchased housing on the secondary market in the city. 1 child left without parental care, who was on the waiting list, purchased housing from the communal housing Fund through the privatization of housing.
