The Government for Citizens State Corporation has launched a new service that allows citizens to receive timely information about the current state and preventive maintenance in the information systems of government agencies.
Now citizens do not need to contact the PSC staff to clarify the reasons for the temporary unavailability of certain services. All relevant information is available in the PSC mobile application, on the official website of the State Corporation, as well as on electronic scoreboards in public service departments.
The service automatically captures and displays up-to-date information about the technical condition of information systems and government databases that affect the provision of public services. Thanks to this, citizens can receive reliable information on the status of public services in a timely manner and plan their visits to a PSC or a special PSC.
"The integrated PSC information system is the main window for receiving applications from citizens and exchanging information with government databases. The new information service allows you to learn in advance about the temporary unavailability of services provided through these databases and plan a visit to a PSC based on this information. This is another step towards digital openness, transparency and strengthening trust between the state and citizens," said Arman Kenzhegaliyev, Chairman of the Board of the Government for Citizens State Corporation.
The launch of the service has become another step in the development of open, reliable and user-friendly digital solutions aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of public services to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
We remind you that the service is available in the PSC mobile application (App Store/Google Play) after authorization by IIN and phone number.
