The State Institution "Department of Agriculture and Land Relations of the City of Kurchatov" informs that on July 2, 2025, an electronic auction will be held for the sale of a land plot or the right to lease a land plot by increasing prices on the web portal of the State Property Register https://e-qazyna.kz/ (hereinafter referred to as the Portal).
Submission of applications for participation in the auction is carried out in accordance with the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 15, 2021 No. 297 "On approval of the Rules for organizing and conducting bidding (auctions) for the sale of land plots or the right to lease land plots in electronic form on the web portal of the state property register".
Registration of bidding (auction) participants' applications is carried out from the day the announcement is posted and ends five minutes before the start of the bidding (auction).
To participate in the auction, you must first register on the registry web portal, indicating:
1) for individuals: individual identification number (hereinafter referred to as IIN), last name, first name and patronymic (if any);
2) for legal entities: business identification number (hereinafter referred to as BIN), full name, last name, first name and patronymic (if any) of the first director;
3) details of a current account in a second-tier bank for the return of the security deposit;
4) contact information (postal address, telephone, fax, e-mail).
To register as an auction participant, you must register an application for participation on the registry web portal, signed with the participant's digital signature.
ATTENTION! The grounds for refusal of the application by the registry web portal are:
1) Failure of the participant to comply with the requirements specified in the notice, as well as failure to receive the security deposit specified in the announcement of the auction to the organizer's account five minutes before the start of the auction;
2) if the participant does not comply with paragraph three of clause 2 of Article 20 of the Land Code;
3) if the participant is included in the register of persons from whom land plots have been forcibly seized in accordance with Article 96-1 of the Land Code.
Based on the results of the automatic check, the registry web portal sends an electronic notification of acceptance of the application or the reasons for refusal to accept the application to the participant's email address specified on the registry web portal.
A participant admitted to the auction is provided access to the auction hall using the auction number assigned by the registry web portal.
Auction participants enter the auction room within one hour before the auction starts, using an electronic digital signature and an auction number, and indicate their price offer for the auction item, which is not lower than the starting price.
The auction starts at the time specified in the auction announcement.
The auction results for each sold item are recorded in an electronic protocol on the auction results, which is signed on the registry web portal by the seller and the winner using an electronic digital signature on the day of the auction.
The protocol on the auction results is a document recording the auction results and the conditions for signing the land purchase and sale agreement or the right to lease the land between the winner and the seller. the agreement for the sale and purchase of a land plot or the right to lease a land plot is concluded in electronic format on the web portal and signed by the seller and the buyer using an electronic digital signature within 2 (two) business days from the date of signing the protocol on the results of the auction.
ATTENTION! The security deposit is not refundable if the buyer refuses to enter into the agreement provided for in paragraph 9 of this article, he is excluded from the auction participants, the security deposit is not refunded to him, and the auction item that the buyer refused to purchase can be put up for auction again.

Intended purpose of the land plot – For placement of a loading and unloading platform.
Location of the land plot – Abay region, Kurchatov city, northwestern part of the city;
Land plot area (hectare) – 0.8 ha;
Sale object (type of right) – Temporary paid land use for a period of 5 years;
Land plot encumbrance – Without the right to make transactions, with the exception of transfer as collateral.
Starting price (tenge) – 1,035,200;
Amount of the guarantee contribution (tenge) – 196,600.
