There are no social assistance offices in the city for families raising disabled children, and there are no social assistance offices at home for disabled people and single elderly citizens. Special social services at home have been provided since the beginning of the year to 30 elderly people living alone, and 7 disabled children, a total of 37 people, who are served by four social workers. There is no queue for receiving special social services in Kurchatov city.
Reimbursement of expenses for home education for disabled children in 2020 is 470.0 thousand tenge, of which 3 children received 95.4 thousand tenge in the first quarter.
In 2020, 12 applications for 17 hygiene products were accepted and 12 people were provided, including 7 children, with 100% completion. Provided 3 applications for vehicles (wheelchair walking and room).

In 2020, 6 pensioners rested and improved their health in MSE “Sanatorium UBA” located on the territory of the region. Since March, Spa treatment has been suspended due to an emergency in East Kazakhstan region.
21.971.0 thousand tenge was allocated for state targeted assistance for 2020, this benefit has been assigned to 23 families with 106 people, 82 of whom are children under 18 years of age since the beginning of the year. To 23 families were paid 1.590. 0 thousand tenge.
