Born March 29, 1995, in Semey, East Kazakhstan Region.
In 2014, he graduated from the Law and Business College in Semey with a degree in Jurisprudence and earned the qualification of legal adviser. In 2018, he graduated from the Innovative Eurasian University in Pavlodar with a degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2024, he entered the A.B. Goncharov Kazakh Automobile and Road Institute in Almaty, majoring in Transport Construction, where he currently studies.
