On the progress of the Program for the Development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship in 2017-2021 as of July 1, 2021
For Kokpekty district as of July 01, 2021, 438 people applied to the employment center, of which 409 people were included in the participants. "Unemployed" - 271, "self-employed" - 100, "persons looking for work" - 19, "not registered unemployed" - 19.
455 people were covered by active measures to promote employment.
The first area: "Providing program participants with technical and vocational education and short-term training".
For 2021, 20 people were planned to receive short-term vocational training. Twenty people were sent.
In total 7434,0 thousand tenge is allocated for this direction from the regional budget and 4325,0 thousand tenge is mastered.
The second direction: "Development of mass entrepreneurship".
Ten micro-credits in amount of 48000,0 thousand tenge were given for development of entrepreneurship.
The plan to cover the training in the basics of entrepreneurship in the project "Bastau-Business" is 125 people, actually trained 109 people. Of them 72 people completed training, 71 people successfully defended their business projects.
Grants to implement new business ideas in total 50 grants were allocated from the national budget in the amount of 29170,0 thousand tenge.
For July 1 of the current year 25 grants were given to the sum of 14585,0 thousand tenge.
The third direction: "Development of the labor market and increasing the mobility of human resources through the promotion of employment".
For social working places for 22 persons money have been allocated in amount of 6110,0 thousand tenge (from republic budget - 3660,0 thousand tenge, from local budget - 2450,0 thousand tenge).
For today 23 persons were sent, 1580,0 thousand tenge were spent.
For youth practice 10064,0 thousand tenge was allocated for 23 persons (RB - 5688,0 thousand tenge, MB - 4376,0 thousand tenge). Three people were sent, 806.0 thousand tenge were spent.
Plan of coverage of public-paid works is 251 people. Allocated 52020,0 thousand tenge (RB - 36720,0 thousand tenge, MB - 15300,0 thousand tenge). 136 people were sent, 10780,0 thousand tenge were used.
123 people were employed in temporary and permanent jobs.
The resettlement plan makes up 16 families, 28 people.
Execution: 1 family, 6 persons.
14832,0 thousand tenge was allocated for resettlement: including subsidies for reimbursement of rent for displaced persons and oralmans - 10944,0 thousand tenge (RB - 7561,0 thousand tenge, OB - 3383,0 thousand tenge); subsidies for relocation - 3888,0 thousand tenge (RB - 2867,0 thousand tenge, OB - 1021,0 thousand tenge).
Disbursed: subsidies for reimbursement of rental costs for migrants and oralmans – 574,0 thousand tenge; subsidies for relocation – 613,0 thousand tenge.
