As of January 1, 2022, 86 unemployed people were registered in the district, compared to 2020, the number of unemployed increased by (59 unemployed) 44.7%, 1,218 jobs were created, which is more (1002) jobs were created by 21.5%, 450 people were employed, which is more (432) employed by 4.1%.
As part of the implementation of the Program "Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021", 20 people were sent for training and retraining, 247 people were involved in public works, 28 people were sent to social jobs, 14 people were sent to youth practice. 75 people received state grants in the amount of 43.7 million tenge. Of these, the number of large families is 10, low-income families -9, disabled people-5, youth - 24, other categories - 27 people.
As of January 1, 2022, targeted social assistance was paid to 279 families (1,398 people) in the amount of 106.7 million tenge. Compared to 2020, the number of families receiving targeted social assistance (251 families) increased by 11.1%, the number of recipients (1,277 people) increased by 9.5%. Housing assistance was paid to 49 families in the amount of 2.7 million tenge, which increased the number of families receiving housing assistance (36 families) by 36.1%.
Since the beginning of the year, 180 low-income tuberculosis patients have received financial assistance in the amount of 3.2 million tenge. At the request of 26 low-income families, financial assistance in the amount of 1.1 million tenge was allocated. 363 children from 1 to 6 years of age from a family receiving targeted social assistance were given a state social package in the amount of 22.5 million tenge.
1800 specialists of the social sphere, healthcare, education and culture working from rural areas were paid one-time financial assistance for the purchase of fuel totaling 80.8 million tenge.
In 2021, they underwent partial adaptation (installation of ramps) 9 facilities for the disabled. 14 people were provided with wheelchairs, 38 people received typhoid and sign language aids, 34 people were provided with prosthetic and orthopedic means, 128 people were provided with hygienic means, 11 pensioners underwent sanatorium treatment in the sanatorium "Uba", 7 disabled people received treatment in the sanatorium "Moyyldy" and in the rehabilitation center "Karagaily". Financial assistance in the amount of 1.5 million rubles was paid to 26 disabled children studying at home. tenge.
Able-bodied 4 disabled people are employed on a permanent basis, 14 disabled people are sent to community service. 8 disabled persons of the 1st group are provided with individual assistants. Documents have been issued to 12 lonely elderly people for placement in a nursing home in the village of Samarskoye.
The center provides special social services to 216 lonely elderly and disabled people. Of these, 151 single elderly, 53 children with limited opportunities, 12 children receive services in a semi-stationary day care.
There is 1 WWII participant in the district, 234 rear guards– 30 Afghans, 13 Chernobyl victims, 19 who served in Mountainous Karabakh, 61 repressed persons. In honor of the celebration of the 76th anniversary of the Victory, the participant of the Second World War was allocated financial assistance in the amount of 1.0 million tenge from the regional budget, 10 rear soldiers awarded the medal "For Valiant Labor during the Second World War" 100.0 thousand in the amount of 1.0 million tenge, from the local budget 224 rear soldiers not awarded medals 42.5 thousand in the amount of 9.5 million tenge. In connection with the festive events and the 76th anniversary of the Victory of the Great Patriotic War, material assistance was allocated from the district budget to the Afghans and Chernobyl victims for 194.0 thousand in the amount of 8.3 million tenge, to those who served in Mountainous Karabakh in the amount of 1.8 million tenge, as well as 61 repressed persons in the amount of 776.5 thousand tenge.
By the day of celebration on March 8 and June 1, women awarded with pendants "Altyn Alka", "Kumis alka", mothers with many children, having 4 or more children, 980 mothers with many children from the regional budget received financial assistance totaling 14.3 million tenge each for 14.5 thousand tenge.
According to the program "Bakytty otbasy" 2 large families purchased housing in the cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey.
The department provides 26 public services, 3508 public services have been provided for 2021.
For 2022, I set the following tasks for the Department of Employment, Social Programs and RAGS:
1. Reduce the number of recipients of targeted social assistance;
2. Reduce the unemployment rate;
3. Ensure the implementation of the indicators of the territorial development program;
4. To continue providing material assistance to WWII participants, logistics workers, disabled and low-income citizens;
5. To provide employment according to the quota of able-bodied disabled people;
6. Continue work to ensure the implementation of the productive employment program and the development of mass entrepreneurship;
