Kadjiakparov Birzhan Kuatuly, born on March 29, 1983 in the village of Ayaguz, Ayaguz district, East Kazakhstan region., has a higher education.

In 2004, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovation University with a degree in jurisprudence.

In November 2009 as 2016 head of the office of the Ayaguz district court

By decree of  President  the Republic of Kazakhstan №. 203 dated February 25, 2016, he was appointed a judge of the Ayaguz district court of the East Kazakhstan region.

Working experience as a judge is more than 3 years.

By Presidential decree No. 64 of July 17, 2019, he was appointed Chairman of the district court № 2 of the Kokpektinsky district.
