Due to the 30th anniversary of the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, librarians of the Shar library held an evening meeting with students of Zharma technological College on the theme "Augan-alapaty" in the House of culture.
President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the day of formation of the national Assembly of Kazakhstan declared March 1«Thanksgiving day» on January 14, 2019. Librarians of the Shar city library held an educational hour dedicated to this day.
The rural club and library of Karatobi rural district held a competition "Azheler – konildin azhary» among residents on March 6, 2019.
Holiday event «Zhas kelin - 2019» was held in Shalabai rural district. The purpose of which is to pay great attention to young mothers, to teach young people to honor customs and traditions in the family.
In the Republic of Kazakhstan was held the stock «Bir el – bir kitap», readers were offered the novel of prominent writer A. Kekilbayev "Anyz akyry" and the essay of A.Tazhibaev.
With pupils of 11th grade of school named after P. G. Karelin in the Shar city library was held slide-show «Bir el – bir kitap».
On March 27, 2019 in the district Culture house within the «Ruhani zhangyru» promgam was held cultural event «Kone aspaptyn kumbiri». National folklore and ethnographic ensemble "Aikarakoz", ethno group" Gasyrlar uni", trio"Dur kamshi" performed kyui and songs on ancient musical instruments.
During the week of children's book was announced «Bilim kozi kitap!» competition. On the first day of the week children got acquainted with the book exhibition «Berin tastap oky!». Among little readers was held competition «Bilim kozi kitapta!». The competition consisted of 4 tours. On the third day of the children's book week was held literature quiz of questions and answers
dedicated to the 95th B. Sokpayev anniversary about his work «Balalar ushin zharalgan zhan!».
In the libraryof Shar city was organized and held an evening meeting "Chernobyl kasireti". The purpose of this event is to introduce the young generation to the heroes of our fellow countrymen who participated in the Chernobyl nuclear power station.
On May 1, 2019, a cultural event dedicated to the International children's day was held in the Shalabai village. Songs and dances were performed at the event evening. Also in the district Culture house was held a dance contest "Bi Alemi". 19 districts and school teams took part in the competition. The winners were awarded diplomas and gifts, and active participants were awarded certificates.
9th of May is historic and unforgettable day. This day remember all nations. We honor the memory of those who died in the II World War, and thank veterans for the fact that we now live in peace and harmony. This day is dear and do not forget.
On May 5, 2019 in the library of Shar city was held Round table «Tauelsizdyk tundigi - Astana» dedicated to 21st anniversary of the major city of Kazakhstan – Astana.
The librarians of Shar city library organized and held exchange of opinions among the teams of organizations in the city «Umytylmas erlik». This event was dedicated to life and activities of sniper of the eighth guards rifle division, second troop of riflemen, senior sergeant Toleugali Adibekov, who destroyed 397 enemies. Participants of the event were shown a film about the life and work of T. Abdikov on a projector.
On May 31, 2019 in the rural club of Karatobe village librarian N. Manzhibaeva and the head of the club S. Kozhamberdinova are held «Zhazyksyz zhapa shekkender» historical hour.
To the day of "Day of symbols" in the City Library of Shar was held a slide show "Ramizder – el bedeli".
In the rural club of Karatobe village on the 27th anniversary of "Day of symbols" a round table «Memlekettik ramizder-ulttyk maktanysh» was held.
On June 1, 2019 on the central square of Kalbatau village to the Protection children day was held the final of «Ainalaiyn» competition. The winners of the prizes were awarded with memorable gifts. Toleutai Dilda, a participant from the village of Belterek, was awarded a commemorative gift and a diploma.
On June 11, 2019, in the Kalbatau village was held a regional competition of readers of Abay's works, which was attended by 12 districts.
