The Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption (anti-corruption service) operates Саll center, its main task is to free Advisory support to citizens on preventing and combating corruption and the receiving telephone message on corruption.

Advising citizens on:

• anti-corruption issues;
• admission to the anti-corruption service;
• about the progress of consideration of applications and reports that are being processed by the anti-Corruption service;
• encouragement of persons who reported the fact of a corruption offense or otherwise assist in combating corruption;
• other issues within the competence of the anti-Corruption service.

Receiving messages:

• about corruption facts, including about committed or upcoming corruption offenses.
• about illegal actions (omissions) of employees of the anti-Corruption service;
• regarding the questions of obstruction of business activities;
• about information on wanted persons by the anti-Corruption service;
• regarding the activities of the anti-Corruption service (responses, suggestions).

Informing and advising citizens on corruption prevention:

Monday-Friday 09:00 - 20:00

Saturday 09:00 - 13:00

Sunday is a day off
